Radiologists disagree on the management of several commonly encountered incidental findings on body CT, according to a recent study in the Journal of the American College of Radiology.
Because of that lack of agreement across institutions and within departments, study authors said departments should develop internal guidelines for handling incidental findings so radiologists can make the best recommendations.
