A hospital run by Harrisburg, PA-based PinnacleHealth has become the first in the U.S. to install Toshiba America Medical Systems’ Aquilion Premium. The CT, featuring 160 detector rows spanning 8 cm, can be upgraded to the ultra-high end Aquilion One. The system has been installed at PinnacleHealth’s Community Campus, which hosts an acute care hospital, rehabilitation hospital, and Regional Cancer Center, scheduled to open next year.
