Spok will showcase at RSNA 2015 its clinical mobility and workflow improvement solutions.
Specifically, the company expects its critical test results management (CTRM) and secure text messaging solutions to be popular at RSNA. The CTRM solution delivers notifications to providers and allows radiology departments to confirm results are received by viewing the CTRM dashboard’s audit trail, according to a release. The CTRM integrates with the EMR and handles all acuity levels, the company said.
The Spok Mobile secure texting app allows users to share test results or other protected health information via mobile phones, the release said. The app can link to a hospital’s full electronic directory and enables users to send messages, images, and even videos to smartphones and other devices.
