Dr. Harris currently serves as the CIO and chairman of the Information Technology division of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.

He also chairs of the Foundation Board for the national e-Health initiative, a public policy and advocacy group encouraging interoperability of healthcare information technology. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
