MIM Software to Highlight MIMcloud Portal

Article

MIM Software Inc. will be highlighting at RSNA 2013 a cloud-based option for their entire MIM software suite.

The MIMcloud Portal will allow any physician or healthcare professional to access MIM anywhere on most computers with Internet access. With this portal, al processing is done in the cloud and the user’s computer only functions as a display with interaction, the company said. All images are encrypted and meet HIPAA requirements.

The MIMcloud Portal can be used from the company’s thin client server or from a client-hosted on-site server, the company said. In either case, the MIM licensing system remains the same, and there are significant benefits and cost savings.
