Medical imaging software developer ISG Technologies of Mississauga, Ontario, last month signed an agreement to license its Viewing and Reading Stations image management software to Imnet Systems of Atlanta, which will integrate the software into its MedVision information system product line. Imnet has agreed to make an advance payment to ISG of $7.8 million, to be paid in installments over the rest of the year. ISG will be the exclusive supplier of visualization software for the MedVision line for the next seven years.
