HMCA embraces Indomitable

Fonar’s subsidiary, Health Management Corporation of America (HMCA), has begun to upgrade its MRI equipment to the Indomitable. HMCA, which manages over 20 MR scanning centers, started the upgrades in its Islandia, NY, facility. The first StandUp MR scanner for Islandia was purchased with outside bank financing. The Indomitable can scan patients standing or sitting, as well as in all of the usual horizontal positions.
