Fujifilm installs military PACS
The U.S. military has deployed Fujifilm Medical Systems’ Synapse PACS in Europe, the first such deployment in an effort by the European Regional Medical Command (ERMC) to replace its legacy PACS. The goal is to provide web-based communications among ERMC’s Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and 20 satellite clinics, as well as Air Force and Navy sites in Europe and elsewhere.
