Designed to give today's busy clinician the benefits of mobile computing while ensuring patient safety, FLO is 25% smaller and lighter than the previous generation of wireless devices for healthcare, and features a 15-inch flat panel screen and a spacious, height-adjustable work area. The patented product, which is UL2601-1 rated as a medical device for patient safety, connects wirelessly to a hospital's network via WiFi access points installed in the hospital's ceiling. The product is manufactured by EMS Wireless, the market leader in healthcare wireless systems with more than 20,000 devices operating in more than 400 hospitals around the United States, Canada and Europe.
