Management changes at imagingservices provider Health Images have brought founder Robert D.Carl back to the CEO's chair. Carl held the post beginning in1985 but stepped down last year in favor of W.A. Wilson (SCAN6/2/93). Carl will continue as the company's chairman, while Wilsonwill retain his post as president and gain the title of chiefoperating officer.

Health Images also restructured its operations division, withRudolf H. Schmitz assuming responsibility for the company's domesticimaging centers as vice president of operations. Vice presidentsBrooks Reynolds and Carl Kozlowski have left the company.
