Under the agreement, Superior will design and implement programs for AmeriNet members and shareholders to reduce costs, increase revenue, and expand membership. In addition, Superior will Web-enable the delivery of AmeriNet's services. The consulting firm specializes in digital business transformation services that are designed to integrate legacy information systems with newer technologies such as e-commerce and other Internet-based networks.
