2/99). Now the Belgium-based manufacturer of analog film, PACS, and CR will add Canons DR-Thorax system to its family of products. The open-ended agreement, which enables Agfa to market the DR-Thorax system in every country except Japan, will last at least three years and could be the beginning of a broader marketing and distribution relationship between the two companies.
In related news, Agfa signed an agreement with ALI Technologies of Vancouver, BC, whereby ALI will offer Agfa CR and hard-copy image systems with ALIs UltraPACS.
